Terms and Conditions of Art Workshops - Love Ludie 

Love Ludie is operated by Jenna Louise Hutchinson, hereafter referred to as us/we/our. 

Attendance at one of our art workshops means that you agree to all the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and further attendance by you after such amendments will constitute acceptance of the amended terms by you. 

  • Attendance 
  • We run in-person and online art workshops (hereafter referred to as workshops). Attendance at our workshops is strictly limited to the numbers available via our website or until it is sold out.  Due to the popularity of our workshops attendance at our workshops can only be secured once payment has been made.

  • Fees
  • Our current fees can be found on our website at www.loveludie.com.

  • Payments
  • Payment for attending our workshops can be either made in full, or through instalments using Afterpay (hereafter referred to together as Payments). 

    Payments are to be made online only via our website at www.loveludie.com. Your attendance is immediately confirmed once you have made the payments. Please contact us at jenna@loveludie.com for assistance if you experience any technical difficulties while making the payments online. 

  • Refunds
  • Please consider your attendance carefully before making payment as we do not offer refunds once payments have been processed. If you are unable to attend a work shop, please contact us at jenna@loveludie.com as soon as possible.

  • Transfers & Vouchers
  • Subject to workshop availability, we can transfer you to a different workshop, or you can nominate another person to attend a workshop on your behalf. Alternatively, we can offer you a voucher which can be used to re-confirm your attendance at another workshop when you are available. In the event a workshop is cancelled by us, we will inform you as soon as possible. 

  • During workshops
  • Workshops are designed to be intimate and fun, so we strongly recommend students wear comfortable clothing. Students can bring their own food and drink however, if there are other students with food allergies, students need to act responsibly. 

  • Supplies
  • Art aprons and paints are supplied to all students during art workshops. Students may bring their own equipment and materials. No equipment or materials at the workshop are available for sale.

  • Photography
  • We may take photographs of students participating in workshops or any artwork they create during the workshops and publish them on our website and social media pages, or for other advertising and publicity purposes. If you do not want yourself or your artwork to be photographed, we ask that you inform us before the commencement of the workshop. Nevertheless, if at any time you request that we remove any images of you or your artwork, we will endeavour to do so as soon as possible. 

  • Personal Property 
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any personal property you bring onto the premises, and we are not liable for any loss or damage to such property. For this reason, we recommend that students do not bring any valuables to the workshops. 

  • Lost or damaged artwork
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged artwork belonging to students. It is the responsibility of each student to collect their artwork at the end of each workshop, as any uncollected artwork may be removed or disposed of at our discretion. 

  • Medical Care
  • We ask that you inform us of any medical conditions before the commencement of the workshops. However, we will not be responsible for the administration of any medicines you may need during the workshops. If you have any medical conditions, please contact us at jenna@loveludie.com as soon as possible. 

  • Emergency Contact
  • In the event of an emergency, we ask that you provide us with emergency contacts before the commencement of the workshops. We request that you send an email to jenna@loveludie.com with two emergency contacts as soon as possible after enrolling. 

  • Disclaimer 
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any damage to your attire or personal property from the use of the materials during our workshops.

    We will do everything possible to maintain a high standard of supervision in our workshops to ensure the safety of students while they are on our premises. 

  • Feedback 
  • If you have any concerns or comments, please let us know via email at jenna@loveludie.com and we will respond to you as soon as possible. 

  • Severability 
  • If any part of these terms and conditions is determined by a relevant authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

  • Entire Agreement 
  • Upon making the payments, these terms, as amended from time to time, shall represent the entirety of the agreement between you and us, and any changes must be in writing and agreed to by us to have effect.
